CLEANING CREW!!!!

Hi I set up a 20 gal. refuge under my 150 gal. Please Give me your tips, ideas and tricks to build me the BEST Cleaning Crew!!! possible. Including inverts, fish, plants .... everything.
The plan:
each organism keep 25% and poo 75% of the food or else...
- Remove most possible food residue.
- eat poo also! again and again!
- Remove Algae
- Assimilate Nitrate (to reduce water change)

skip the cleaning crew in the refugium.
Fill it up with Valisneria and Java Moss and have good light shining on them.

have a part of java moss left side with life glow flu compact shining on its doing a greet job hope it grow fast I took all LFS had in stock. For the Valisneria its looking nice gonna try too find some. but the goal to reduce uneaten food not reached already. tks for the tips
