Hello everyone..I just picked up a 240 gallon acrylic..it's been sitting for awhile and I need to find the best way to clean it.. Has hard water on the outside that a pain in the a** to clean.. Please help me thanks!!

use soft water to combat hard water

Lay it on its side and pour some vinegar on it leave it for a couple of hrs and you should be able to wipe it off. You might have to scrape a bit I use an old credit card or one of those ties that come on the bread bag. Do not scrape to hard just lightly. If its really bad use CLR then rinse with water really good then rinse with vinegar then water again. Hope this helps.:)

I used pretty concentrated hydrochloric acid for mine. Vinegar should work too, but stronger acids will do it faster.
