two of my fish have white spot and i was going to take the fish out and all the water?

should i do this or not?

no that would stress them out to much and like kill your beneficial bacteria

No no, don't do that. Just change 30 to 40% of the water with the fish IN the tank. Work around them. If they have ick you can add some non iodized salt (1tbs per 5 gallons of water) and sloweley turn your temp up to 85 degrees.
