How should I get algae off an acrilic tank? I mean it is like etched into the tank. I tried witha very soft scrubby pab and I scrubbed HARD and it didn't even effect it. I'm going to turn this tank into a terrarium..........If I can get the stupid stuff off. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Or you can get an acrylic glass cleaning magnet. I got one for my 300gal. Works great! They come in smaller sizes too...

I use one on mine and haven't seen any new scratches yet.... Just keep it at an angle. Don't use the side of the razor blade. Make sure the blade part is flat upagainst the acrylic and you'll be fine.
