So is there any fish or shrimp that clean the tank? I say these because of the shrimp in Finding Nemo

:headbang2 It be awesome to have fish maids

I guess you could have shrimp in the tank but they are a natural food source for a lot of fish...

There are tons of bottom feeders that wil eat up any leftover food. Corydora catfish, most pleco, synodontis cats just to name a few.

yes the is a cleaner shrimp for salt water tanks it cleans the fish and gills of badies and parisates. they also clean snail shells and crab shells also when cleaning the tank it will clean your arm. i think for fw the is a shrimp which will eat algae its called amano shrimp

I've got Amano shrimp in my 4 footer with Clown Loaches, Distichodus, congo tetras and synodontis and they manage to surrive, so i'd say give them a go, they're not very expensive, so not too costly if they get eaten! They're good at cleaning up algae and leftover food. Quite good at hiding from predators as well....

Those amano shrimp are going to wind up being lunch for your little turtles. Most aquatic turtles prey on crustaceans.

yep. i also can't imagine how much algae you would get in your tank with turtles. more importantly though, is that turtles make a lot of mess and shrimp are sensitive to water conditions.
