Clear Nodules on Kok?

Please help!

My fish has not been eating for several weeks. I have tried treating with 3% epsom salt solution, prazipro, and Aqua CZ Clear solution. No improvements

Today my flowerhorn has developed clear fluid filled sacs (cysts?) on his kok - see attached pictures. What are these?! How do I treat my flowerhorn??

He is in a 75gallon bare bottom tank by himself. Filtration is a 25 gallon sump filled prefiltered with sponges and filter floss and then filled with fluidized k1 kaldnes media.

Water temp:82 f
Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrites: 0ppm
Nitrates: <5ppm

I do ~30-40% water change twice a week.

I can't find the ingredients so I can't tell. Nitrofurazone is the med I was suggesting.

I got furan-2 and have begun treatment

On day 3/third dose of furan 2. Haven't really seen an improvement.. Still no appetite/lethargic/soft nodules(blisters) on kok.

Directions say to treat for 4 doses total than repeat of necessary. Not too sure how to proceed if I dont see any improvement in the next couple days :/

After 4 doses he does seem a little Perkier/Energetic. Still not eating, but I am hopeful.

I think I will do a second round of treatment, but will do this after a couple days of rest for my flowerhorn.
