Clear Poo?

One of my discus pooped today and it was half clear (not white stringy), half brownish red. Everybody seems to be good, hungry, active, pretty. Just wondering if I should be worried? I've been feeding them frozen bloodworms and brineshrimp, various omega flakes (veggie, first flake, supercolor) and hikari discus bio-gold pellets).

Off topic is homemade food a worthwhile investment (of time). I was talking to a worker at lfs (Preuss) who said that frozen food should be flash frozen (which I'm obviously incapable of).

keep an eye on it and see what is going on.it could be stomach lining sometime it means something sometimes not.if it happens regular then might be something up.home made food doesnt need to be flash frozen and is very whorth while imo
