What is this and how do i get rid of it, it's a clear build up on wood. it's store bought wood, that i soak in hot water for about 7-10days to help get rid of some of the dye, but after placing in tank and a week or soo the clear substance is building up only on the smooth part of wood. I took it out and scub it down but now its building back up again. Any thoughts?

Its just some driftwood mold. Its harmless and can be removed by scrapping it off, letting the fish eat it, or it will just go away within a few weeks. Many plecos will love this stuff.
