Clearwater discus - Cearwater Florida

Can anyone tell me how big a discus fish can become in captivity, and what food is used to achieve that size, I heard theres a place called Clearwater discus in Florida that has some large specimens, has anyone ever dealt with that place and if so is there a contact number and other info you cn give. biggest ive seen are like softball size

there max is 8inches
and those are rare to say the least. 6 and 7's are a lot more common
