My fish have eye cloud and fin and tail rot. Any suggestions? Using tetracycline at the moment. Would copper safe be better?

Could use more information. Can you post water parameters? Include ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, pH & hardness if available. What tankmates are in the tank, what type of fish is it? Do you have a hospital tank? How long has the tank been set up? Water change and filter maintenance schedule.
Ammonia - 1ppm (I'm attributing this to all the dead fish)
Nitrate - 5 ppm
Nitrite - 0 ppm
PH - 6
Stock- rainbows, tetras, angels, corys
Water changes are 50% once a week. Tank has been setup at least a year. I change filter media every week. I do 1 filter per week. I have 3 filters to rotate through.
