Cloud eye?

While away on vacation my Flowerhorn's left eye began to swell and become clouded. Fish is acting normal and haven't noticed any decrease in activity or feeding. I have been treating with epsom salt but any suggestions?

Keep water parameters stable and weekly wc's should help.

Try regular salt and not epsom salt, especially for constipation. Not you...the fish lol.

Do as tlindsey suggeated. Should clear with good clear water.
