My fish’s eyes look puffy and clouded over is this something I should worry about?

What are your water parameters?
Nitrite
Nitrate
Ammonia

How long has the tank been set up?
What kind of filtration is on the tank?
What size is the tank?
What type and how many fish are in the tank?

Sorry I’m new to this.
My nitrite and nitrate levels are in the safe zone now, my PH is very very alkaline and I have hard water.

It’s a 55g tank
Its been set up about 3 weeks
I am using a under gravel filter and small whisper filter left over from my 10g tank. I plant to make a wet/dry soon.
Right now I only have one fish it’s a green sunfish and a 4” red eared slider (turtle). I had 2 silver tipped catfish that died after similar symptoms.

your slider might be a problem....very dirty!
