cloudy arow

hi ,ime a new member so hello to everyone ,ive a little problem with my banjar and my redtail gold arow ,they both seem to have gone a bit cloudy on the top of the head and back all my other fish seem fine ,seemed to happen after a water change just wondered if any one could shed some light on the subject can supply pics if need be ,thanx in advance
