Cloudy dot

Hello, I just received a severum that was shipped to me and he has a white cloudy dot in the center of his eye, what should I use to remove it?

Should I use melafix and pimafix?

Also should I report this to the seller as well?

Melafix usually clears cloudy eye in a few days
Dont have to report it, it just happens when shipping fish sometines
