How often do you change your water? How often do you also feed your arowana? Plenty of water changes usually help rectify your situation.

the tank is always o nitrates once weekly 25 % feeding twice a day only as many as he will eat the rest are removed

Is your tank heavily planted? Zero nitrates is impossible if your tank is not. What test kit are you using?
its not dead zero but close enough the nitrate build up from just him in 6 days isnt enough to regiter is what i should of said its a liquid test ket also got the lfs to check it sames readings
are BOTH eyes cloudy? If so, perhaps a minor PH crash? If only one, might just have hurt itself on something...
i had a similar problem in the past. a member gave me some really good advice. since u said it "spread" to the other eye i can only guess that it's some kind of fungus. raise the temperature in ur tank a few degrees and add aquarium salt, with out the melafix or primafix.
