So I inherited some kelberi, and a few have one cloudy eye, and I'm assuming blindness in that eye. What are the causes? And please tell me this is curable...

It could be permanent then. Keep the water warm, add salt and keep the water super clean. If it's going to go away, you'll start to see improvement within a week

I have had one with a slight cloudy eye when shipped to me, & daily water changes + salt got it cleared up in a few days... But I have another which scratched it's eye that caused cloudiness & it never got better. I still have it blind in one eye for life. All depends on severity & cause.
