Cloudy eyes??

What does it mean when a fish has a cloudy eye? Is that contagious? went to fish store and seen a fish with one very white eye...

Unless eye flukes are the cause (which is very rare fortunately), it's not. Either injury or poor water conditions can cause it but on both accounts, the issue can be reversed with clean water and salt for injuries.

Yea I'm thinking about getting him, will it be okay in a tank with tank mates? and is it contagious?

It's not contagious. Keep the fish separated so you can treat with salt.
