Cloudy ?!?!?! straight Issues

I've had issues with my 60gallon setup. Only been a month old... At first PH was killing my fish left and right. And now that I have the PH controlled at a safe and nuetral 7.2ph. My tank has been super cloudy for the past 1 week and half...

My setup is :
Ok heres my setup :
-60 gallon Arcylic (bare tank)
-405 Fluval canister ( good for a 100gallons)
-Eheim 250watt heater
-Elite air pump

with the supplied info I'd guess your 1 month old tank, isn't properly cycled...
