I dont know why my 180g is so cloudy. Everything is perfect. 0 ppm nitrite, 0.5 nitrate, 6.8 PH, 0 ammonia. I currently got a penguin 1140 powerhead, 2 penguin 350, and a Empreor 400 running. Is there anything i can do? I did a 10% water change just a while ago.
Thanks

If it was cycled, did you treat the water when you did the WC?

Ya i treated the water, and i got the water from both my 55g so that makes it 110 gallons and filled the rest up with regular tap water. So thought to myself that this was like doing a 30%-40% water change and cycled it for 24 hours. It was clear but got cloudy when i added the filters that i got with the 180g. So i dont know if it was the filters or not but i changed it to the filters i stated up in my post. I knew i gambled but will the water go clear in a while?
Thanks all.

It is probably cycling, take some media out of another filter and add it to the new tank. The bacteria don't live in the water. They live in the filter media and gravel.

i think it jux needs to cycle out.. did you put any carbon pouches in your filter? that should help..

Ya i did both of what you guys just said :D
Hopefully it clears up and i wont be so imbarrassed to show it off to friends. :D\
Thanks guys

No problem. If you already did those things, it should be a small bloom and over in a few days.

Whew thanks all this happened to my brother's 55 gallon with his elong too but now with new filters it went clear in like 2 days. Just wanted to double check with all you fish lovers/experts. :D
Thanks a whole bunch guys.

I did a water change in my two tanks and my tanks also cloudy. I think it's the water, I notice that if I put cold water the water is clear and when I put hot water the water starts to get cloudy. Any ways the cloudyness goes away around the second day.
