I have a 55 gallon with three mbuna cichlids. this morning bfore i went to work, i checked the ph and noticed it was low. i added the tablet ph raiser(the one s that dissolve like asprin). when i came home from work 9 hours later, i noticed the water was extremely cloudy and my fish were looking a little sluggish. any suggestions/reasons why this is occuring would be greatly appreciated.

I did a 25% water change, still as cloudy as it was before. my fish seem normal now at least.... they all ate when i fed them and are swimming actively.
