Cloudy water and algae ?

Water had been a little cloudy and tonight I noticed its a little worse on top of noticing this clear jelly hair like stuff flowing off of the wood ? Not sure if you can see it in the pics.
What should I do ? Temp is 84 ammonia and nitrite are 0 nitrate was around 10

Not sure I got it from big als its underwater treasures aquarium wood

The clear stuff on the wood is probably a fungus. I've seen it before. I'd take it out and give it a scrub. As far as the water clarity I usually don't sweat it, as it will usually clear up on its own.

Thanks will give the wood a good cleaning.

Can the fungus harm the fish ?
