Cloudy water and fish?

My fish tank is cycled but is still cloudy because I didn't wash my gravel thoroughly😩thought I did but I guess I didn't. Can I still apply fish if the water is cloudy but the tank is cycled?

How long has it been set up? Cycling takes weeks, a good mechanical filter should have taken care of the dust cloud much much sooner than that.

It's been cycling for 1 week and a half. I also added the chemical quick start.

If it is cloudy because of particles from your gravel, water clarifier works well, just be prepared to clean your filters.
