cloudy water issue

Okay,

Problem here is this, I have cloudy water in not one but two of my tanks, my betta tank and the gar tank. Its frigging driving me crazy, I've done 75% water changes and checked the parameters -everything is normal, I changed all the filter cartridges and made sure everything is running well, NOTHING!!

It looks like a foggy day in london in my tanks.. come to think of it i did add christmas moss in the tanks. 4 DAYS AGO..Im stumped..

btw: all my tanks I use water conditioner.

sounds like some sort of bacteria has entered the tank when you added the moss. Try adding carbon to the tank and change 15% water every day for a week.
