Cloudy water suddenly!?

So my tank has been cycling for a week and a day, I have a few fish in there due to the fact I had no other tank they could have stayed in, today the water it a bit cloudy, is this a bacteria bloom or what is it? Do I wait a few days and see if it clears up or should I do a partial change? Add a chemical to clear it up?

sounds right. i'd do a daily water change till it's cycled.

Takes at least 4-6 weeks to fully cycle a tank. Depending on how much load you have. The cloudiness is ammonia building up the first stage in the cycling process.
