WAT COULD I DO TO GET MY WATER CLEAR I HAVE THE CLEAR DROPS NOT SEEMING TO WORK AND ITS CLOUDY WHIT SO I KNO ITS A BACTERIAL BLOOM

If you don't know the levels of ammonia or nitrite, I asked nothing about nitrates, then how do you even know your tank is cycled. You need to buy a quality test kit and learn to use it. Your tank is most likely cloudy because of elevated levels of ammonia. Elevated levels of ammonia and/or nitrites will kill your fish.
