Try the general aquaria section. Also, how old is your tank?

Have you been doing partials?

Is you tank cycled?
What are your ammonia and nitrite levels?
How long has this tank been set up?
What size tank?
What type and size fish in the tank?
What filter(s) are you running?

Much more info needed to give any advise

If you don't know the levels of ammonia or nitrite, I asked nothing about nitrates, then how do you even know your tank is cycled. You need to buy a quality test kit and learn to use it. Your tank is most likely cloudy because of elevated levels of ammonia. Elevated levels of ammonia and/or nitrites will kill your fish.
