I have a 12 gallon planted fresh water nano cube and it's been up and running for 3 weeks. Plants are doing great but over the last 3 days the water is looking very milky cloudy is best to describe it. Any suggestions to fix this issue? Please help. thanks

My guess is' new tank syndrom' or bacteria bloom of some type, what are your water parameters, ammo.nitrite,nitrate. Do a search in the general discussion forum, you should find lots of info there.
It sounds like your tank is going through a bacteria bloom while the nitrogen cycle stabilizes. This part of the cycle is common if not unavoidable in a new tank. Your water should clear up on it's own as your tank becomes stable or you can add things to help it along.
