cloudy water

Something that I can't figure out is as to why my 300g 96x30x24 still has cloudy water after 10 months. The fish are very healthy and no other problems have come up. Isn't 10 months long enough for a tank to be established? Should I try using that Accu-Clear stuff? I have to say that the cloudiness of the water has taken much of the joy out from having such a large tank.

filtration, bacterial bloom, filter isnt handling your bioload? try keeping the lights off for a couple days, helped mine clear up a bit. never use water clarifiers.. they never work.
