What is your filtration like?

Need to know water parameters, filtration, how long was the tank setup and what fish were in the tank before adding the frontosa?

This don't tell us much, a Emp 400 pumps 400gph but would be far to small for a 200g tank

i had my Victorian Fulu's in that tank but i took them out put them in a 100gl.

front are a lot messier than those victorians, you will need a lot more filtration thatn that or they will die. You may not have a ammonia spike yet but without more filtration your heading for trouble. I would recommend a large canister in addition to your HOB. Need lots and lots of biological...

from your pic it looks like you have a xp3,, you will at least need 2 full of substrat pro or matrix IMO.
