I have 4 tanks ,120.90.180,200 gallon all tanks are crystal clear except for the 200 with a eheim 2262,2260,2 aquaclear 110 and a sump system doing 1200 gallons.Just added auto water feed changing 48 gallons a day.I have 3 clown knifes,giant gourami,sailfin cat,bichir and a pleco.Tank has bare bottom.any ideas why water does not clear up.

Is there anyway you can shut down your changes for a couple of days? You have a boat load of filtration on that tank and it won't hurt to let things calm down a bit and settle in. I seriously doubt you have particle cloudiness. Maybe micro bubbles...not sure.

I stop water feed also removed some driftwood going to try vortech diatom earth filter should be here in a day or 2

It was the driftwood in the tank was not bad with 2 or 3 pieces but with 8 or 9 large pieces it leeched just enough.
