Can Clowns, Skunk, and Zebra loaches be kept together?

Except for the skunk loaches, yes, you can. Forget the skunk loaches and house them with more belligerent species such as the syncrossus. Your clowns and zebras will be unable to tolerate constant harassments by the skunks. I lost a few yoyos to skunks when they went on a rampage.

I keep 3 red-tail blue botias with 6 clowns with no problems. not sure about other loaches tho.

Really? I thought those were really aggressive. Have you seen any signs of aggression at all from the red finned loaches?

I had a blue botia with my clowns and he would bully them all day. When I fed them he would have the roundest belly and still be scaring them away from the remaining food. I had to move him out of that tank.
