Ok I had a small clown like 1 inch in my cube for about 5 days I just purchased a 2 inch one and put it in. They aren't fighting or anything the bigger one quickly took dominance what are the odds of them pairing up?

It's pretty likely, but will they spawn? Maybe, maybe not... it can take years sometimes, but if they do they will likely spawn monthly, and will continue to do so unless you disrupt the tank to much, then they may go back into the "waiting" stage. That said but breeding is easier said then done, I can advise you if you want... but I wouldn't under take the project unless your REALLY want to, as it's alot of labour, and extrealy high maintenance. You can also look at http://www.marinebreeder.org/forums/viewforum.php?f=133 good info, once you wade through the useless posts lol.

I have a "fancy" percula and a black ocellarius that have paired. I have had them together for about 6 months and they haven't started breeding. And I really hope they don't lol

Don't bother, if they spawn a good chunk of the eggs will probably be eaten pretty quickly, and any fry that hatch will be eaten in a few hours or rest will die in a day or so, most people, and no LFS (that I know of) are set up for them either.
