My female black clown fish has suddenly decided it wants to host in this coral. The coral hasn't taken too kindly to it and has shrunk up and wont open up. The clown still continues to wedge itself in though. Anything that I can do to stop this? This is the coral when it is open

What size tank? Do you have enough room for an anemone? The coraal may get used to it after a while or you'll have to add something that won't mind. Clowns like to host in frogspawn too & they don't seem to mind.

I would say to remove the coral. The clown will "love" the coral to death. The coral my enevtually get used to it. If it does then congrats.

Your tank is large enough for a RBTA or GBTA, as long as it's been set up & running smoothly for at least 6 months.

Just make sure it's at least 3x larger than your fish.
