Clown Knife and Angels?

Ive read a thread already in the CK forum but I wanna ask the Angel people too, has anyone had any experience with clown knives and angels together? the CK is roughly 4"-5" and the angels that I want to put in there are medium sized angels.

will any problems arise? I plan to put alot of hiding spots as well

We are talking Chitala ornata here? No way. These things grow much too big (over 3 feet and 10 lbs in the wild) to be kept with angels. I keep black ghost knife fish with angels for years without any problem

i would say royals and clowns are both to large to keep with small fish. My royal fights and wins against my oscars. I would say the black would be a good idea.. or maybe a brown knife.. but clowns get huge (my royal is now 15" and is about 6-8 months old)

Lol I already got the CK already thats the thing haha, my dads decision :x

um so I shouldnt get the angels, even though i've seen some tanks on youtube etc with CKs + angels but they might be lucky

btw in aust i got my CK for about $120AUD

and I dont wanna put arowanas or anything since they look so..bleh..

Doesn't matter. I'd still advise getting rid of the clown knife.

Haha, Clown Knifes are way more better than angels. I'd get rid of the angels if anything.

I think you would be okay with them for the first 6 so so months. I am pretty sure Red Devil had them together for a while. But it won't last forever thats fo sure.
