I have been growing out a CK in my grow out tank. Its hit the 7 inch mark now, but the larger tank I want to move it in has a 4 bichirs ranging from 13-18 inches with the 18 incher being an endlicheri bichir (I have 2 ornate bichirs and 2 endlicheri bichirs). At what size will it be safe to put the CK in with the bichirs?

i would think at least a foot i've been surprised by some of the stuff my endli takes down and its only around a foot
I'd wait until it gets bigger. I wouldn't try it until at least 10" and I would still have to judge it. When I moved my CK in with my bigger Polys, my CK was 8" while the biggest Endli was 14" at the time.

I ended up putting the knife in the larger tank with my four bichirs (2 ornates and 2 endli ranging from 13-17/18 inches) 5 days ago. So far, no problems. The knife is even hanging out with the bichirs in their spot!
