Excuse my ignorance but clown knifes are not for forte.I am planning on building an insulated ply tank by the end of this year for outside.I wish to move my fish from my 180 gal to this tank so I can move my Dovii into the 180 gal.Dimensions will be 10" x 3' x 3'6"(786.58 gal + the sump volume)Occupants will be a 13" RD/Midas,12-13" Pearsei,1 Salmon-tail cat at 18",1 salmon-tail at 12" and of course my Jar now around 17" and still as placid as can be(touch wood).I was wondering do you Clown experts think a Clown would co Hab in this large a tank with the others. The others live fairly peacefully in the 6' x 2' x 2' at present.Any opinions much appreciated. Also I would like to reintroduce my large Jag back into this tank but can be left out if needed. With enough space he is ok.Look forward to your thoughts.
This tank will be outside but under cover, hence my need to have it insulated to keep temps at constant level.Tank design will be based on this tank shown and I provided a link to his page.http://westerncichlids.com.au/diy-plywood-tank-aquarium-1757-ltrs/
