clown knife diet

I have been feeding my clown knife small pieces of shrimp and earth worms. Has anyone tried feeding fish small pieces of ham?

no and i don't recommend it. it may have preservatives which maybe harmful.

Considering one of the main preservatives for deli meats is Sodium Nitrate, it wouldn't be safe for fish.

In the wild, there are not too many fish that are eating pig meat. Keep it natural.

fish also don't process mamilian fat very well, this will lead to clogged arteries and a very unheathy fish

I feed my CK , chicken and beefheart scraps, tiplia, catfish nuggets, Swai (iridescent shark), and hot dog pieces... I've had him since 2007 when he was 3" to his present 2 foot plus size ...

******his food is soaked with garlic extract and vitamins...
