Clown Knife Fish Growth Rate

Hello, I recently acquired a clown knife about 5-6" and was wondering if anyone had any info on their growth rates or personal experiences with them. Thanks.

---13.5" by 6 months

-- 3" to 18" (12 months)

These are various quotes I've found from my search on Chitala chitala growth rates from people who have grown them. 1.5-2" per month seems doable to at least 18". I don't know what the growth rate is after that.


At least 50 inches in the wild.
