Clown Knife Fish spots

Hey there, i have a clown knife fish, it is about 9", had em since it was probably around 2", im curious i see everyone else s and they have all these spots, mine only has 1, and no signs of other spots comming in, well i guess im wondering if this is normal or not, i got perfect water paramters and such, i'll attach a photo.

lol. thats a very unique clown knife. mine has about 13 spots on each side.

and no, he wont grow anymore spots.

mine only has 2 on one side and 3 on the other. no addition since i got it at around 4"/ it's now 18 to 20".
