Knifefish are bottom dwellers with small mouth and are intelligent, produce electricity, and have a language. They swim by undulating their anal fin.
Clown Knives are fish eater, jump around near the surface, and behave more like a LMB. They swim with their tail.
Clowns are Feather Backs.

The family of Notopteridae is considered the "Feather Fin" Knife Fish with the exception of Xenomystus which lacks the dorsal fin. The family of Gymnotiforms are considered the "Electric" Knife fish. Notopteridae is considered an Old World Fish while Gymnotiforms are considered New World Fish.

why? knifefish are the most intelligent fish. they have a compley language of electric currents. Clon Knives are awesome in their own right but are not as intelligent as True Knifefish.
