my clown loach lodged itself into a very small section of decor and couldnt get itself out...i was able to get it out by destroying half the thing it was in and i was wondering if the company is liable for this and they will give me my money back they shouldnt have these small tunnels anyways

I think the company will tell you that you chose to put the decor in the tank with these fish and therefore the result is your responsibility.
I had nice colony of 9 Clown Loaches in a 300 gal rubbermaid... they were just starting to get nice and big...
Then one day they found a way to remove the prefilter and squeezed into the 1" diameter hose and swam straight into the 2400 gph pump. I came nhome from work to find 6 of the 9 ground up like hamburger meat, 1 dead in the line, 2 alive in the line and a 2400 gph pump dead as a door nail...
So I can feel your pain...
The good news... I replaced the pump, replaced the fish... and learned from my mistake. My prefilters are much more secure these days

The 1st 'stuck Loach' I had I pulled out of the decoration and it ended up dying. I felt like my actions were what caused it and still haven't forgiven myself. Ever since I've just let them be, they're not as "stuck" as we think they are. Also be careful with decorations. Make sure there's no crevices smaller than your thumb.
I agree. I'd simply get rocks and driftwoods over fake decors which look unnatural.ewurm;2322215; said:
yeah i learned to stay away from fake decor when my BN plec used the inside as a home and i took it out without realising, then couldnt find my plec. i did find it after half an hour, alive inside the £30/~$60 decor, which i then proceeded to smash to save him.
