Picked up 7 new clown loaches today from a local hobbyist.

In the bucket.

There are now 12 clowns in the tank, the biggest being about 8" all the way down to two 2" little guys.

The white you see on the sand are bubbles. I just added this black substrate. It's 3M Colorquartz.

How do you know that loach is female?

I'm not 100% certain, but I've always heard that females are more deep-bodied, while the males are a bit more streamlined.

Maybe it's just fat though.
