My clown loach has tons of snails in his tank, but they are massive and I dont ever see him eat any. Is it safe for me to go to my local supermarket and purchase Escargot and feed him this?

It's hard for most loaches to consume snails especially ones too small for their mouth size. Mussels, clams, shrimps and snails from wet markets work well.
