in the last couple of weeks my CL have developeg some kinda bloches on there skin. They are acting fine but woudering what could have caused this? should i be worried?

What color are they? What's your ammonia at? Could be ammonia burns or a bacterial infection. Yes you should be concerned, loaches are scaleless fish and very sensitive to these types of issues.

i recently added some crushed coral to my filter to raise my ph because my tap waters ph is 7.6 but my tank was always about 6.4, i think because of a lot of driftwood in the tank

well my tap water's ph is 7.6 and the tank was sitting at 6.4 and thought it would be better to have my tank match my tap water so the fish dont do on a ph roller coaster every time i do a water change. I think the drift wood in my tank was bringing down my ph
