Clown loach school car window decal/anyone artistic/know how to get or make this?

I know this is a very random idea but I think it would be funny and cool enough that I would willingly do this to my vehicle if I could get the design right. Not to mention definitely different. It would be like a loach school going across the back window of various sizes and then like maybe even an oddball or puzzle-piece. I looked online but can't find anything to my liking. Similar to this in terms of final result

except have either the stripes or the inside where the stripes aren't be clear if that makes sense as window is tinted to make it two tone.
