Planning to setup a 120g 5' long tank with a couple of baby clown loaches. I'm trying to find something unique and maybe eye catching to put with them.

oh, I'm going to order 30-50 for bulk discount. I'll sell whatever outgrows the tank much later. I'm still open to decent suppliers. Was thinking with a minimum salt content an archer might work. But I'm not sure it would be all that happy. Also thinking about angels but they aren't my all time favorite.
I've read that angels don't do well with clowns because clowns are nocturnal and angels diurnal (also, angels get stressed more easily because the clowns are so active during the day). I have 5 clowns with 8 rosy barbs and all are very happy. The rosys are very active and a beautiful red (females are silver).

I wouldn't do the archers, as long term I doubt the loacehes will be best off....although it would be pretty cool to look at. Get some fast middle swimmers, and maybe a small group of one of the larger halfbeaks to patrol the surface of the water
