I noticed that the skin near the abdomen of my new clown loach is looking a bit more translucent than it used to. It seems almost as if I can see the outline of his peritoneal cavity. He doesn't look thin- he nibbles on the algae wafers and shrimp pellets that I offer him. Is there anything I can do to help him regain a healthy complexion and put some weight on? I know I shouldn't have bought such a small one (1.5"), but he was a jigsaw.
