Clown Loaches and pool filter sand

is pool filter sand appropriate to use with clown loaches?

will they be able to sift through it with ease?

is irritation a common problem with clown loaches on pool filter sand?

also, if u use it or have used it with clown loaches, can u tell me ur personal experience with it.

I know of people who use pool filter sand for clown loaches. Never heard any mention of irritation.

I use pool filter sand and loaches haven't experienced any problems yet. I think they like the sand. I've also kept them on gravel, and flourite. They seem to like digging through the sand for uneaten bloodworms that the dats left.

clown loaches love the sand.. its perfectly fine they love digging through it to find left overs.. but ur avatar.. thats irritating. lol
