Clown Loaches and Rays

Hi All,

WOuld like to check if clown loaches are good tankmates with rays? will the clown loaches constantly nibble on the slime of the rays till it gets stress? would like to get 1 pair of clown loaches for my tank however i have 2 rays in the tank too. Please advice, thanks.

You should be fine, its all about size. Only issue is that clown loaches grow really slow and your rays mouth could grow really big before the loaches catch up! Also know that loaches have a protective switch blades that come out from under their eyes!

I had 3 in with my baby retic. They actually ate so much that they died!
