I'm keeping 10 pieces clown loaches in my aro tank outdoors.
I currently have a 500 watt heater. Just thinking if it'll be safe to remove the heater? its rainy season here. But since we're in a tropical country. can they take the temperature during rainy season?
what would be the lowest temperature they'll still thrive in?

We're at 18degrees north, about even with the very very northern tip of the Philippines. I've used a heater only once, and only in an ultimately failed attempt to cure an Ich outbreak. They thrive as the temp gets over 30C, and they go a little quiet as it gets down to maybe 22, but there seems to be no major issues. Your rain will be a temporary drop in temp, and nothing to worry much about even if you're filling from the roof-gutter.
Don't buy or introduce any new fish once the temp. drops below about 28C as Ich is a killer in a larger system that hasn't got a big/proper heater.
