how many?

they could be kept alive in one.. however they would not be at all happy.. they want/need room to swim they are very active..
 
I sure wouldn't do it for longer than a month's quarrantine before they go into a big tank. That's just too small for Clown Loaches. If you want Loaches there's several different kinds that stay small.

im just getting into the hobbie
i find these fish really intresting.
